With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim has developed a strong passion for building and renovating domestic properties. Tim has extensive hands-on experience renovating his own properties, as well as clients, including full internal renovations, extensions, and loft conversions, gaining valuable knowledge across many areas of construction.
Tim has built strong partnerships with trusted trade professionals, each bringing many years of expertise in their respective fields.
Tim takes pride in managing high quality workmanship and believes that great results come from strong communication and collaboration. His aim is to work closely with clients, keeping them informed at every stage of the build. Bringing projects to life with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
Charlie is our apprentice joiner with a strong passion for learning the craft and delivering high quality workmanship.
He is currently developing his skills across all aspects of joinery, while working closely with experienced tradespeople to ensure every job is completed to a high standard.
Reliable, hardworking and detail-focused, he is committed to growing his knowledge and becoming a skilled and trusted joiner. Charlie is keen to contribute positively to the team and the overall success of each project.
With over 20 years of experience in groundworks and construction, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Successfully running a commercial groundworks business, alongside co-founding Elite Building Services with Tim three years ago, David combines strong commercial experience with a genuine focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
David oversees the day-to-day running of the business and driving performance. Managing budgets and commercial aspects across the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
David’s goal is to provide a high level of service to domestic customers and make every project a positive, well managed experience.
Clare is the first point of contact for our clients, meeting and establishing the requirements of the project in hand. Working closely with our project manager to quote on and schedule works, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly.
Coming from a design background, Clare will help with key decisions along the journey of a project, coordinating with architects, tradespeople and suppliers, offering a client focused approach from initial concept to delivery.
Clare takes a lot of joy in seeing how a renovation, or new build, can positively transform the way clients live in and enjoy their homes!
